  • Participate in planning and execution of prototype builds, integration activities, and environmental test campaigns
  • Track schedules, risks, budgets, and project milestones to ensure successful programme delivery
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation including design decisions, test reports, presentations, and review materials
  • Collaborate across engineering disciplines to ensure programme objectives and stakeholder requirements are achieved
  • Support customer and partner engagement activities through clear communication and technical coordination
  • Contribute to process improvements across design, manufacturing, testing, and programme execution workflows
  • Assist troubleshooting efforts during hardware integration and manufacturing phases

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience within complex engineering or hardware development programmes
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering projects with demanding timelines
  • Strong understanding of high-voltage DC power systems, batteries, or power distribution architectures
  • Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external partners
  • Experience producing technical documentation, reports, and engineering presentations
  • Familiarity with engineering review milestones such as PDR, CDR, and related development processes
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment

  • PMP or CAPM certification
  • Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks
  • Familiarity with modelling and simulation tools including MATLAB/Simulink or electrical system analysis software
  • Aerospace or spaceflight hardware development experience
  • Experience supporting vibration, shock, or thermal vacuum testing campaigns
  • Previous experience working within a startup or rapid-development environment
