Executive Assistant

Are you the kind of Executive Assistant who is always three steps ahead? Someone who can manage a CEO's constantly changing schedule, anticipate challenges before they arise, and bring calm and structure to even the busiest of environments?

We're working with an ambitious organisation in the advanced technology sector that's looking for an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to become a trusted partner to its CEO.

This is far more than a traditional diary management position. You'll be helping an executive leader focus on the decisions that matter most, coordinating across the Board and senior leadership team, and ensuring that nothing important falls through the cracks.

If you enjoy responsibility, variety, and being the person others rely on to keep things moving, this could be a great next step.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a demanding CEO calendar, managing priorities and navigating last-minute changes.
  • Act as a key point of contact between the CEO, Board members, senior executives, and external stakeholders.
  • Keep the executive office running smoothly, ensuring meetings are productive, properly prepared, and followed through.
  • Organise complex international and domestic travel, planning ahead for potential disruptions.
  • Manage executive expenses, travel documentation, and administrative processes.
  • Anticipate the CEO's needs, identify potential challenges, and find practical solutions independently.
  • Support confidential Board-level and executive communications.
  • Work closely with other Executive Assistants to strengthen processes and collaboration across the business.
  • Help improve executive office efficiency through modern productivity tools and smarter ways of working.

Key Requirements
We're particularly interested in speaking with experienced Executive Assistants who bring:

  • 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience, with at least 5 years supporting C-suite leadership.
  • A track record of supporting senior executives in busy, complex organisations.
  • Excellent calendar management, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
  • Confidence coordinating international travel and managing multiple moving parts.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional judgment, discretion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience using both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
  • The flexibility to work onsite in Westminster, CO, a minimum of three days per week, potentially more depending on executive requirements.
  • U.S. citizenship.

This role offers the chance to become a genuinely trusted partner to a CEO within an organisation working on complex, cutting-edge technology.

You'll have real ownership, exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to make a tangible difference to how the executive office operates.
