Key Responsibilities
- Personally hunt, win, and expand top-tier OEM accounts
- Convert existing market awareness into qualified pipeline and revenue
- Lead a distributed sales team across the US, Europe, and APAC
- Establish scalable sales processes while maintaining deal velocity
- Own relationships with executive, engineering, and procurement stakeholders
- Report directly to the executive leadership team
Key Requirements
- Deep experience selling hardware or embedded technology to drone manufacturers
- Track record of closing high-value OEM deals
- Strong leadership capability with a player-coach mindset
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- US-based; West Coast preferred
