An innovative communications technology company in the unmanned systems space is hiring a VP of Global Sales to aggressively drive revenue growth with drone OEMs worldwide. This role combines executive leadership with direct ownership of key deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personally hunt, win, and expand top-tier OEM accounts
  • Convert existing market awareness into qualified pipeline and revenue
  • Lead a distributed sales team across the US, Europe, and APAC
  • Establish scalable sales processes while maintaining deal velocity
  • Own relationships with executive, engineering, and procurement stakeholders
  • Report directly to the executive leadership team

Key Requirements
  • Deep experience selling hardware or embedded technology to drone manufacturers
  • Track record of closing high-value OEM deals
  • Strong leadership capability with a player-coach mindset
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • US-based; West Coast preferred
