We’re hiring a Houston Office Regional Director to lead a growing team supporting lunar surface mobility programs in a fast-paced, startup-style environment. This role is based in Houston and will be central to office leadership, program execution, and building strong partnerships with NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC). The ideal candidate is a proven leader who thrives in dynamic environments, is highly relationship-driven, and can help drive both mission success and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Houston office, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic priorities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at NASA JSC and other partners

  • Contribute to program strategy and oversee Houston team execution, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met

  • Drive business development efforts to expand presence and secure new opportunities in the space industry

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration across operations and project management

  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and key partner meetings

  • Monitor and report office performance, providing updates and insights to senior leadership

  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment that supports professional growth and team development

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles, ideally within aerospace, government programs, or advanced technology

  • Proven track record leading high-performing teams and managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects

  • Strong understanding of NASA operations and experience working with government contracts

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive growth and business expansion

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Passion for space exploration and mission-driven work

  • Ability to work in-office in Houston, Texas (Clear Lake area)
