You’ll lead the team that sits at the heart of customer engagement, designing tailored solutions, advising on mission-critical systems, and helping clients deploy the next generation of satellite and launch operations through cutting-edge cloud technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Customer Solutions team and oversee technical engagement from pre-sales to implementation
- Architect tailored ground segment solutions based on client needs, using modular API-driven platforms
- Serve as the technical face of the company during demos, negotiations, and solution design
- Collaborate with sales to capture business requirements and write compelling technical proposals
- Oversee resource allocation across global accounts and campaigns
- Provide high-quality technical support during and after deployment
- Share market insights with Product and support project rollouts with Delivery
- Strong experience in the space industry
- Strong background in space mission operations and ground segment software
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams and customer-facing technical engagements
- Hands-on experience operating satellites and architecting ground solutions
- Excellent communicator and technical translator, able to turn business needs into scalable architectures
- Familiarity with ground segment hardware
- Strong programming background
- Experience in REST APIs, databases, web UI design
- Familiar with cloud platforms and modern software approaches (APIs, microservices, etc.)
- Fluent in English; based in or open to relocating to Strasbourg
