Government Relations Manager
A fast-growing space robotics and planetary mobility company is hiring a Government Relations Manager to support government partnerships critical to upcoming lunar surface missions. This is a hands-on role in a high-pace environment, focused on building and strengthening relationships with US government stakeholders, supporting capture activity, and ensuring compliant delivery across government-facing programs.
What you’ll do

Build and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders and agencies (starting with NASA)

Identify and pursue new government business opportunities, working closely with leadership and technical teams

Support government contracts and ensure compliance with applicable requirements and processes

Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and engagements with government officials

Track policy and legislative developments that could impact programs, funding, or timelines

Coordinate internal inputs for proposals, reports, and required documentation

Provide government relations and policy guidance to senior leadership
What we’re looking for

5+ years in government relations, government BD, policy, or a closely related field

Strong understanding of government processes and regulations, ideally within aerospace, defense, robotics, or deep tech

Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills

Evidence of building and maintaining relationships across government entities, ideally with an existing network

Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities

Able to work independently while partnering closely with cross-functional teams

Genuine interest in space exploration and enabling lunar surface operations
