Government Product Manager

Remote | United States
Salary: $140,000 – $165,000 + equity

We’re hiring a Government Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of mission-critical geospatial products for defence, intelligence, and broader public sector customers.

This role sits within a high-growth space and Earth observation technology company focused on making satellite data and analytics easier to access, faster to deploy, and more impactful in real-world operations.

You’ll take full ownership of a government-focused product portfolio, working closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to deliver secure, compliant, and operationally valuable solutions.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Owning the product vision, roadmap, and execution for government and public sector offerings

  • Translating mission requirements, regulatory constraints, and technical capabilities into clear product direction

  • Leading products from early concept through launch and ongoing iteration based on user feedback

  • Partnering cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and program teams

  • Ensuring alignment with government security and compliance frameworks including ITAR, FedRAMP, and DoD accreditation processes

  • Engaging directly with government users to understand workflows, constraints, and operational challenges

  • Tracking product performance, adoption, and delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within government, defence, intelligence, or dual-use technology

  • Strong understanding of US government procurement processes and security requirements

  • Proven experience launching and scaling government-facing technology products

  • Ability to translate complex mission needs into intuitive, usable product experiences

  • Experience with geospatial data, Earth observation, AI/ML, or intelligence workflows is a strong advantage

  • Confident communicator who works well across technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Eligibility to hold a US security clearance, with an active clearance strongly preferred

What’s on offer

  • Competitive salary with equity participation

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage

  • 20 days paid time off plus parental leave

  • Fully remote working within the US

  • The opportunity to build products with real-world mission impact in a fast-growing space technology environment

If you’re a product leader driven by complex challenges, national-scale impact, and cutting-edge technology, we’d love to hear from you.

Equal opportunity employer. Diversity and inclusion are actively encouraged.
