Associate Director of Sales

An expanding technology company in the unmanned systems space is hiring a European-based sales leader to support increasing demand from drone manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow mid-tier OEM accounts
• Drive new customer acquisition across Europe
• Handle inbound opportunities and proactive outreach
• Coordinate with engineering and product teams on evaluations
• Maintain accurate pipeline and deal tracking

Key Requirements

• B2B sales experience in drones, robotics, or adjacent markets
• Experience selling directly to OEM customers
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills
• Comfortable operating remotely with customer-facing focus
