A leading defence technology company is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive growth across strategic government and defence accounts.

The business develops advanced communications, sensing, surveillance, and mission-critical technologies that support national security customers. Their solutions are deployed across airborne, ground, maritime, and space-based applications.

This role will be responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying and capturing new programmes, managing key accounts, leading sales strategy, and driving revenue growth across a defined territory. The successful candidate will have experience selling into the DoD, strong knowledge of the defence acquisition lifecycle, and a track record of winning and growing complex government programmes.

Requirements include experience in defence business development, account management, programme capture, CRM management, and stakeholder engagement. Previous military experience and eligibility for security clearance are advantageous.

The business develops advanced RF, communications, sensing, and mission-critical technologies used across defence and national security applications. Their products support a range of airborne, ground, maritime, and space-based platforms.

This role will focus on developing strategic customer relationships, identifying and capturing new opportunities, managing product sales pipelines, and growing revenue across defence programmes. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to position advanced communications and sensing solutions within major government and prime contractor programmes.

Candidates should have experience in defence sales, business development, or account management, along with knowledge of government acquisition processes and complex technical products. Experience with RF, SATCOM, radar, electronic warfare, or related technologies is highly desirable.

An innovative space mobility company is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead the delivery of advanced spacecraft programs supporting national security, civil, and commercial missions. This role will own full program execution across technical delivery, cost, schedule, integration, and customer engagement from development through launch and on-orbit operations.

The successful candidate will bring a strong technical foundation in spacecraft systems, integration & test, or mission engineering, combined with proven experience leading complex hardware-intensive space programs through major development milestones and flight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of spacecraft and subsystem development programs, with accountability for technical performance, cost, and schedule
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, integration, and test teams
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, and customer delivery commitments
  • Manage program risks, dependencies, and resource constraints, ensuring proactive mitigation and execution recovery where required
  • Lead customer interactions, technical reviews, and milestone activities including SRR, PDR, CDR, and launch readiness reviews
  • Support spacecraft integration, launch preparation, commissioning, and mission execution activities
  • Contribute to proposal development, capture efforts, and future mission planning as the organisation scales
  • Help establish scalable program execution processes within a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment

Key Requirements

  • Degree-qualified in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline
  • Significant experience leading satellite or spacecraft programs through development, launch, and/or on-orbit operations
  • Strong technical background in systems engineering, spacecraft integration & test, payloads, or related mission-critical disciplines
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional hardware programs under demanding cost and schedule constraints
  • Experience leading formal milestone reviews and customer-facing program activities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and executive audiences
  • Comfortable operating within a high-accountability, fast-moving development environment
  • Active security clearance or eligibility to obtain one
