We are supporting a growing aerospace technology company seeking a Business Systems Applications Developer to build, customise and integrate enterprise applications that support engineering, manufacturing and supply chain operations.

This is an opportunity for an experienced ERP-focused developer to play a key role in modernising business systems and supporting the growth of a highly innovative hardware organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and support ERP customisations and integrations

  • Build scalable business applications using C# and .NET technologies

  • Develop REST APIs and system integrations across multiple business platforms

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions

  • Support ERP implementation, enhancement and optimisation projects

  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting and deployment activities

  • Produce technical documentation and user guides

  • Provide ongoing support and training for end users

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field

  • Experience developing and customising ERP solutions

  • Strong C# and .NET development experience

  • SQL Server and T-SQL expertise

  • Experience building REST APIs and system integrations

  • Knowledge of cloud-based ERP platforms

  • Strong understanding of software development best practices and Agile methodologies

  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience

  • Acumatica development experience

  • ERP implementation projects

  • Manufacturing, aerospace or supply chain environments

  • Reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or similar

As the business continues to scale, they are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to help optimise the processes, systems and workflows that support engineering, manufacturing and supply chain operations.

This role sits at the intersection of technology and operations, partnering with stakeholders across the business to identify process improvements, implement system enhancements and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Work closely with engineering, manufacturing and supply chain teams to understand workflows and system requirements

  • Create process maps, documentation and business requirements

  • Perform data analysis using SQL and other reporting tools

  • Support ERP and PLM-related process improvements

  • Identify process gaps and recommend scalable solutions

  • Assist with system implementation, testing and user training

  • Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience within business systems, business analysis or process improvement environments

  • Understanding of manufacturing, operations or supply chain processes

  • Experience with ERP and/or PLM systems
