We're partnering with an innovative aerospace and satellite communications company to hire a Senior Web Designer who will own the design, development, and ongoing optimization of the company's digital presence.

This is an opportunity to take full ownership of a high-impact website, creating engaging user experiences while collaborating closely with marketing, brand, and content teams.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end development of corporate website pages and campaign landing pages using Webflow.
  • Translate Figma designs into responsive, production-ready websites.
  • Build and maintain scalable CMS structures, reusable components, and design systems.
  • Develop custom functionality using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript where required.
  • Optimize website performance, SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and lead quality assurance before launch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing campaigns and website enhancements.
  • Mentor junior team members and champion web development best practices.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Web Development, or a related field.
  • 5–8+ years of professional web design or Webflow development experience.
  • Advanced experience with Webflow, Figma, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, SEO, and accessibility.
  • Experience building scalable design systems and CMS-driven websites.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
