We are partnered with a start-up developing next-generation compact energy systems for space, defense, maritime, and remote terrestrial applications.
They are looking for an Analysis Manager to lead a team across structural, thermal, and nuclear analysis disciplines, helping drive the development and deployment of highly complex engineering systems. This role combines technical leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced R&D environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary analysis team
- Reviewing structural, thermal, and nuclear analysis deliverables
- Supporting integrated product development with design and systems teams
- Managing priorities and technical risk across multiple programs
- Improving analysis workflows, tools, and engineering standards
- Communicating technical progress and resource planning to leadership
What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years of engineering analysis experience
- 3+ years of management or team leadership experience
- Strong expertise in structural, thermal, or nuclear analysis
- FEA experience preferred
- Experience within highly regulated or quality-driven environments (AS9100, NQA-1, etc.)
- Ability to thrive in a startup or fast-moving engineering environment

? $175,000 – $210,000 base salary
