EVONA is supporting a pioneering aerospace company developing advanced communications technology for satellites, spacecraft, launch vehicles, and airborne platforms.

As Principal Supplier Quality Engineer, you’ll take ownership of supplier quality across critical aerospace manufacturing programmes, working closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure suppliers consistently deliver to the highest quality standards.

What you’ll be doing:
• Manage supplier qualification, performance, and risk assessments
• Drive supplier quality improvements and corrective actions (SCARs)
• Lead root cause investigations and non-conformance resolution
• Conduct supplier audits and source inspections
• Develop supplier KPIs covering quality, delivery, and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, customer, and regulatory requirements
• Support Design for Manufacturability (DFM) initiatives alongside engineering teams

What we’re looking for:
• 9+ years’ experience in Supplier Quality within aerospace or defence
• Experience with space-grade machining, PCBs, PCBAs, integrated assemblies, and test hardware
• Strong understanding of AS9100 / ISO 9001 quality systems
• Excellent supplier management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field
