Quality Control Inspector (PCB/PCBA)

We’re looking for a skilled Quality Control Inspector to support production on a second shift, working closely with engineers, managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge hardware.


? What You’ll Be Doing

  • Carrying out quality control processes across incoming materials, manufacturing, and customer requirements
  • Inspecting PCB/PCBA assemblies, EEE components, and cable assemblies
  • Using precision tools (calipers, height gauges, thread gauges, VMMs)
  • Documenting inspections through digital systems and logs
  • Supporting improvements in inspection methods, procedures, and quality systems
  • Assisting with non-conformance resolution (root cause, corrective actions, 8D)
  • Contributing to audits, metrics reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Managing non-conforming materials (MRB) and ensuring smooth day-to-day QC operations

? What You’ll Need

  • High School Diploma (Associate degree in a technical field preferred)
  • 5+ years relevant experience, including 2+ years in PCB/PCBA inspection
  • Experience with AS9100 or ISO9001 quality systems
  • Strong microscopic inspection experience
  • IPC-A-610 / J-STD-001 certification
  • Familiarity with ERP and PLM systems
  • Ability to read engineering drawings, CAD files, and technical instructions
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
