Responsibilities

  • Lead orbit design, trajectory optimization, and trade studies (LEO, GEO, and beyond)
  • Develop and maintain high-fidelity mission analysis models
  • Perform launch window analysis, injection targeting, and dispersions analysis
  • Define and validate delta-V budgets across all mission phases
  • Support constellation design, station-keeping, and end-of-life disposal planning
  • Develop orbit determination strategies using GNSS, radiometric, and optical data
  • Plan and analyze spacecraft maneuvers and trajectory corrections
  • Establish conjunction assessment and collision avoidance processes
  • Support mission readiness reviews, launch campaigns, and on-orbit operations
  • Build and maintain flight dynamics tools and simulation environments
  • Automate workflows to improve scalability and efficiency
  • Integrate tools with GNC, flight software, and mission operations systems
  • Evaluate and implement tools such as GMAT, STK, ODTK, MONTE, or custom frameworks
  • Collaborate with propulsion, systems, GNC, and mission operations teams
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical roadmaps
  • Interface with customers, partners, and regulatory bodies
