Technical Program Manager – Space Robotics
Location: Golden, CO

Join a fast-paced team developing next-generation lunar and orbital mobility systems. As a Technical Program Manager, you’ll oversee complex engineering programs from concept to delivery, ensuring technical excellence, schedule alignment, and successful execution across multidisciplinary teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead spacecraft or robotics programs from development through delivery

  • Manage technical teams, project schedules, budgets, and risks

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers

  • Coordinate program reviews, documentation, and milestone reporting

  • Drive collaboration across systems, mechanical, electrical, and software disciplines

What we’re looking for:

  • 7+ years in program or project management and 5+ years leading technical teams

  • Background in aerospace, robotics, or mobility systems

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Experience with NASA, DoD, or government contracts is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (U.S. Person required)

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree or PMP certification

  • Experience in robotic mobility or automotive systems

  • Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools
