Senior Contracts Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to lead our contracting strategy and support some of the most exciting programs in modern space exploration.

You’ll play a key role in building and managing partnerships across government, commercial, and international projects, ensuring their missions are backed by solid, compliant, and forward-looking agreements.

What you’ll do:

• Develop, review, and manage contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, customers, and federal agencies

• Negotiate terms and identify risks to protect the company’s technical and commercial interests

• Coordinate contract execution across departments and ensure compliance with all obligations

• Maintain accurate contract records and support government compliance activities

• Advise leadership on contracting strategies for high-profile space programs

What we’re looking for:

• 8–10 years’ experience in contract management or administration, ideally within aerospace or tech

• Strong understanding of contract law and federal contracting (FAR, DFARS, NASA NFS)

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills

• Experience working with U.S. government contracts

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field (U.S. Person required)

Bonus points for:

• Experience with NASA or DoD contracts or in the space sector

• Advanced degree or certifications (JD, CPCM)

• Knowledge of IP, licensing, or international contract frameworks
