Help lead one of the most ambitious human spaceflight programs of the decade. We are looking for a Deputy LTVS Program Manager to support the development and delivery of a crew-capable Lunar Terrain Vehicle targeted for the lunar surface by 2029. This role is central to driving program execution, aligning technical teams, and ensuring mission readiness in a fast-moving engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support program leadership across schedule, budget, milestones, and technical objectives

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate communication between engineering groups

  • Manage milestone reviews, stakeholder feedback, and readiness criteria

  • Track program KPIs and ensure deliverables meet customer expectations

  • Interface with NASA and external partners

  • Lead internal meetings, surface risks, resolve blockers, and improve program processes

  • Maintain program documentation, reporting accuracy, and compliance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

  • 15+ years of technical project or program management experience

  • Background in Class A spaceflight, human spaceflight, or human-rated systems

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Experience with scope, schedule, budget management, and subcontractor coordination

  • Proficiency with tools such as MS Project or Jira

  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple teams

  • U.S. Person

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or similar certification

  • Experience as a cost account manager or with earned value management

  • Familiarity with model-based systems engineering
